Please note: Employees must register for all training courses through SDLearn. To inquire about an upcoming date and time for a training class, webinar, or special event and to register, Board of Regents and Unified Judicial System employees should email BHRTraining@state.sd.us with their name and the course name.

Getting Started is Easy

Log In to SDLearn 

  1. Access SDLearn here
  2. Click the dark blue Employee Login button
  3. You'll be automatically signed in using the state's Single Sign-On – no username or password needed!

Find Courses

  1. Click Search for learning opportunities
  2. Enter a topic in the Search for Learning section
  3. Browse the results and click on a course that interests you
  4. Click Launch to begin your training

Register for Instructor-Led Courses

  1. Click View Upcoming Classes
  2. Use the calendar to find upcoming classes
  3. Select a class and click Request
  4. Your manager will review and approve your request
  5. Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email

Tip: You can also use the search bar to find specific course titles.
