2025 Leadership Conference!
This year’s conference will take place on Thursday, September 4, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CT at the Ramkota Hotel & Convention Center in Pierre, South Dakota.
This year’s conference will feature three exciting keynote addresses from two dynamic speakers:
- Joe Mull is the founder of Boss Hero School™ and the creator of the acclaimed Employalty™ framework, a roadmap for creating thriving workplaces in a new era of work. He’s the author of three books, including Employalty, named a top business book of the year by Publisher’s Weekly, and his popular podcast, Boss Better Now, ranks in the top 1% of management shows globally. Joe will be speaking on two highly impactful topics:
- Employalty: How to Ignite Commitment and Keep Top Talent in the New Age of Work
- Super-Powered Conversations: A Boss Hero's Guide to Feedback & Coaching
- Laurie Guest is a member of the National Speakers Association and a Certified Speaking Professional. In 2021, she was inducted into the National Speakers Association's Speaker Hall of Fame, an honor held by less than 1% of speakers worldwide and includes fewer than 40 women. Laurie is an author and service expert with over 30 years of experience in helping organizations offer civility and support to the highest level to everyone they meet.
