Nexus SD utilizes an opt-in consent model. This means seekers (person(s) seeking assistance) must provide consent for participation, agreeing their information may be collected, stored, and shared within Nexus SD to assist members with providing, referring to or coordinating services for the seeker. At any time after consenting, a seeker may revoke their authorization by opting-out. After opting-out, a seeker’s information will no longer by searchable or shareable to other Nexus SD members aside from in the form of deidentified and aggregated data.
