It is not possible to view phone numbers for SD citizens on the Citizen Portal – however, you can search for phone numbers for state employees using the SD State Phonebook.

To view the SD State Phonebook on the Citizen Portal, scroll down the Citizen Portal homepage until you see the “SD State Phonebook” title card. Click on “View” to be able to search for state employee phone numbers.
