What if I am not sure I already have a mySD account?

If you are unsure if you already have a mySD account, follow the below steps to determine if you have an account:

  1. Click on the log in using mySD logo.
  2. Enter your email address that you are unsure about and click Continue.
  3. Enter the password for your email address and click Sign In.
  4. If you receive the message “We can’t seem to find your account”, then you will need to create a mySD account to continue.  Follow the "How do I create a mySD Account?” steps to create an account.
  5. If you receive the message “Your password is incorrect”, then you will need to reset your password to continue. Follow the "What do I do if I am unable to log in with my mySD account?” steps on how to reset your password.
