What if I am not sure I already have a mySD account?
If you are unsure if you already have a mySD account, follow the below steps to determine if you have an account:
- Click on the log in using mySD logo.
- Enter your email address that you are unsure about and click Continue.
- Enter the password for your email address and click Sign In.
- If you receive the message “We can’t seem to find your account”, then you will need to create a mySD account to continue. Follow the "How do I create a mySD Account?” steps to create an account.
- If you receive the message “Your password is incorrect”, then you will need to reset your password to continue. Follow the "What do I do if I am unable to log in with my mySD account?” steps on how to reset your password.
