What if I never received a Verification Code in my email or entered my email incorrectly?

If you registered for a new mySD account or need to enter a verification code for password reset, but never received the verification code email, check your junk mail and/or confirm it hasn't been blocked by a spam blocker. A message from donotreply@state.sd.us has been sent with your verification code. The verification code is only valid for 20 minutes, after which a new verification code will need to be requested. Verification codes are only sent to an email address and not sent via text message.
