1: Go to Digital Identity Verification (mySDVerified) in the Citizen Portal and click on verify. If you are not logged in, you will need to login with your mySD account.

2: Select method (Digitally/Online) and select Submit.

3: Instructions on how to use phone. Click on get Started.

 

4: Select method to get link in your phone (text or scan QR code)

                  

 

5: Accept consent form and allow access to the camera.

                  

 

6: Place your ID on a flat surface, take photo of it, and submit for validation.

                  

 

7: Flip your ID and place on a flat surface, take photo of it, and submit for validation

                  

 

8: Use your camera to take a selfie and submit for validation.

                  

 

9: Verification is complete using your mobile device. Go back to the mySD page , where your screen will finalize the submission done in your phone.

                    

 

After your submission, you can view the request confirmation number. If needed, you can generate a PDF file by clicking on the View Request button and then the Generate PDF button.
