What devices can I use to shop online?
You can use any device that has access to a web browser.
How much does it cost to shop online and is there a pickup fee?
Pickup is FREE for WIC participants with no minimum order amount.
Can WIC and non-WIC items be purchased in the same order?
Yes.
Can a SNAP (EBT card) be used in the same online order with a WIC card?
Yes. Your WIC card will be charged first and the remaining balance will be paid for with SNAP or another form of payment.
When will my WIC card be charged?
WIC benefits will be deducted from the card when the order is placed. Your WIC benefit balance will be updated in real time to reflect the benefits remaining on the card.
If I add an item to my cart that's an approximate weight (like bananas), how will I be charged?
The total amount of the produce will be estimated when submitting the online purchase. During the picking process, store staff will always strive to be at or below the amount ordered, but if the amount purchased is more than what is available on the WIC balance, you will be charged for the additional amount.
Can online orders be placed at the end of my benefit period?
Yes, if there is an available pick-up or delivery time available within the benefit period.
Can I use coupons?
Yes, you can always use coupons with your WIC benefits.
