Law Enforcement Accident Reporting

Law enforcement officers who investigate crashes are responsible for reporting them to the South Dakota Office of Accident Records.

By reporting quality data from the scene into the South Dakota Accident Reporting System (SDARS), you can help us identify patterns and problems in engineering, law enforcement, or education on roadway safety.
