Ingredients:
- 1 can corn kernels, drained
- 1 can kidney or navy beans, drained
- 1 can pinto beans, drained
- 1 (14 oz) can stewed tomatoes - do not drain
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Optional: 1 (7 oz) can green chiles
- Other optional garnish items: tortilla or corn chips, grated cheese, chopped green onions, sour cream, cilantro
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients (except optional garnish items) in a crock pot/slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Note: This is a thicker soup. If you would like to thin it out, add a little vegetable broth.
